For requests of just one day, the price is €140.00 per double room or for single use.
For requests of just two days, the price is €240.00 per double room or for single use

Terms and conditions

Prices are intended per person per day.

We grant children up to 6 years of age 30% discount.

We do not allow price reductions for advanced departure.

Single bedroom surcharge of € 25.00 per day.

In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.

Prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathroom, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, WI-FI connection, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer.

To the indicated prices will be added a local tourist tax of € 2.30 per person/day for guests aged over 14. The tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated in the invoice/receipt.

Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation. If the deposit is not paid on time, the booking is to be considered non-binding.

Payment modes:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:

cash for total amount up to € 999.00 by the day before departure;
by bank transfer (in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred before your arrival);
by bank check;

Cancellation policy:
Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.
The right of withdrawal is not provided by the Consumer Code.
Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:

more than 3 months before the arrival date, no penalty (i.e. the deposit is fully refunded);
from 3 to 1 month before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid is retained;
from 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit paid is retained;

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm (after 9:00 pm by prior notice only).
Check-out: before 10:00.

Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and in the common areas.
